THE Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has de-listed 25 Computer-Based Exam Centres (CBT) across the country for poor performance in the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) held nationwide on Saturday, 19th of June, 2021.

In a statement by Dr Fabian Benjamin, the spokesperson for JAMB on Sunday, 20th of June, 2021, the de-listed centres failed to adhere to the stipulated guidelines during the conduct of the 2021 UTME held for about one million applicants across the country.

“Candidates posted to any of these centres are required to await further directives by checking their profile, email addresses, and SMS on their registered phone for a new date,” Benjamin said.

The de-listed centres were in 11 states and the FCT, with Lagos having the highest at 6 centres, followed by Kaduna with 4 centres, Edo with 3 centres, Ondo with 2 centres, Plateau with 2 centres, FCT with 2 centres, and Oyo, Osun, Delta, Benue, Imo, and Nasarawa States having 1 each.
