THE Executive Chairman of Mosan-Okunola Local Council Development Area, Honourable Olabisi Adebanjo, has presented the Year 2021 proposed budget to the Legislative Arm led by Hon. Olasunkanmi Adefioye, Leader of the House at the Legislative Chamber.
In her opening remark. she said: "It is imperative, therefore, for me to give all appreciation to the Almighty God, who made all our yearnings and aspiration for the good people of Mosan-Okunola LCDA in the year 2020 a reality to a reasonable extent, as well as for keeping us safe till this moment."
The proposed Y2021 Budget is N1.674 billion which comprises- Overhead Expenditure, Capital Expenditure and both Staffs and Teachers' Salaries.
The chair rendered her heartfelt gratitude to the legislative members for their support and cooperation so far.
She also thanked all residents and stakeholders for their kind support, cooperation and understanding given to the administration since 2017 till date which, according to her, has led to outstanding achievements.
She also used the medium to seek for the approval of members of the house to ensure speedy provision of infrastructural and social overheads to the inhabitants of Mosan-Okunola LCDA.
Also in attendance were the five honourable members representing the 5 Wards of the Council, the Council-Manager, Secretary to the Local Council, Supervisory Councillors, Heads of Department/Units and other important dignitaries.
