THE Executive Chairman of Mosan-Okunola LCDA, Hon. (Princess) Olabisi Adebajo congratulates its indigenes, residents, and Nigerians at large on the remarkable celebration of democracy day.
In a celebratory message through her Media Aide Mr Nwosu Stephen, to commemorate this year's democracy day, the council boss commended the heroes of democracy for their philosophy of stubbornness, sheer doggedness, refusal to be beaten, determination, and sacrifice which eventually birthed democratic governance in Nigeria.
"I urge the good people of our noble and peaceful LCDA to continue to cherish the exemplary selfless efforts our past heroes exemplified and collaborate with His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration to ensure the realization of the democratic ideals which these patriots, especially late Chief MKO Abiola fought with their dear lives.
“We all feel pride in our country, we feel pride because we know that it is on its path to light, and we will get there soon. We are certain that things will turn out to be better for all of us in the nearest future.
