Abesan Estate Residents Association (AERA) has announced the indefinite suspension of meetings in the Estate due to the second wave of the deadly coronavirus and its effect.
In a recent directive, the Federal Government had placed a ban on all gatherings and warned citizens on the danger of the deadly virus.
A circular released by the Secretary of the association, Mr O.Z Ojikutu, stated that ” in view of this crisis, you are implored to adhere strictly with the Government directives to avoid the pandemic within and around our places.”
According to the directive, all zonal, sector and central meetings within Abesan Estate have been postponed indefinitely till the government states otherwise.
