2.    JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant (Male)
REPORTS TO: EVP
LOCATION: Lekki and sometimes Ikeja

JOB BRIEF:
We are a logistics company with core competence in courier delivery service. We are looking to hire an executive assistant for the EVP. To be successful as an executive assistant to the EVP, you should be able to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the Executive Vice President. You should have an analytical mind and outstanding presentation and reporting skills. Ultimately, a top-notch strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Act as the point of contact among managers, employees, clients and other external partners
-Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
-Manage EVPs’ calendars and set up meetings
-Make travel and accommodation arrangements
-Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
-Oversee the performance of other clerical staff

-Manage domestic staff of the EVP.
-Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Monitor cash and sales daily reconciliation of cash, and other payment control accounts to ensure alignment of sales to inflows received in the bank statement.
- Daily sales posting of assured revenue from cash sales, debit card sales and transfers.
-Liaisons with outlets on sales events issues, updates, and enquiries.
-Monitor receivable accounts to ensure timely availability and efficient utilization of funds in meeting business requirements.
-Processing of VAT on sales
-Reconcile the accounts receivable and undeposited funds account to ensure all deposits and payments are captured and properly posted.
-Manage, track and maintain the petty cash imprest and ensure that reconciliations are done weekly.
-Ensure accurate reconciliation of revenue transactions to ensure timely completion of financial reports.
-Reporting on the level of assurances completed daily.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field.
-Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN) is not compulsory but is an added advantage.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
-Experience in any retail ERP software is an advantage but not compulsory.
-Excellent administration & record-keeping skills.
-Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
-Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to stakeholders.
-Strong analytical, financial reporting, and presentation skills.
