LEGENDARY Nigerian hitmaker, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, popularly known as Dbanj, won the hearts of many when he gifted fans the sum of #250,000 at the MTN Best of the Streets music competition held in Alimosho recently.
Over 200 Alimosho residents attended the event, which was held at the Abesan Youth Center in the Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA of Alimosho LGA on Saturday, February 11, 2023.
Dbanj's arrival at the event was like something out of a movie, with ecstatic fans chanting "Koko Master" in every direction.
During his performance, Dbanj invited the 30 MTN Best of the Streets music competition contestants to share the stage with him, encouraging them in their music careers. He then challenged four of the contestants to sing any of his songs for a chance to win #100,000.
While D'banj was performing, a female fan climbed the stage to show off her dancing prowess, and she was awarded a cash gift of #50,000.
D'banj equally invited a 10-year-old rapper to perform alongside him on stage and he was rewarded with #100,000 for his impressive performance.
