Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA ushers in 2022 with prayers and thanksgiving

THE executive arm, legislative arm, management, and staff of Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development Area (LCDA) secretariat has, on Monday, January 10, 2022, expressed their gratitude to God, in thanksgiving and prayers for witnessing the beginning of the new year 2022.

According to information reaching AlimoshoToday from the Public Affairs Unit of the LCDA, the thanksgiving and prayers service featured a Muslim and Christian cleric who led attendees in prayer intercessions.

While speaking at the event, Muslim cleric, Imam Lukman Orekoya has admonished that to succeed in the year 2022; the watchword must be loyalty, time consciousness, love, and respect to one another.

Meanwhile, the Christian cleric, Pastor Sunday Olayiwola, in his message said the Holy Spirit should be the guide in 2022; emphasizing that without the Holy Spirit man cannot achieve anything.

The Council-Manager, Mrs. B. M. Adeyemi has also advised the members of staff to be dedicated and committed to their work for a better Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA.
