Hon. Ajao sent an official message of 'zero tolerance to violence' to the supporters of all the aspirants.

He said, ''The APC – as a peaceful party – will continue to educate our members and supporters on the need to eschew all forms of violence before, during and after the election''.

Ajao also restated his pledge to continue working for violence-free polls, even though, according to him, the opposition party has been at the receiving end of series of grave acts of violence in recent times.

"Come to think of it, what are we fighting for? We were brothers first before we became members of APC. The election will come and go, but the APC Party will remain."

We should therefore let peace continue to reign until Party candidate is adopted", he said.

Lastly, he advised all Party members to ensure they attend the Saturday, May 1st  Alimosho Federal Constituency meeting.
