A real estate giant, Ilu Oba International Limited, located in the Igando-Ikotun LCDA of Alimosho LGA, has rewarded two Alimosho creative artists with landed properties valued at 10 million Naira, at its estates in Ibeju-Lekki.
The MD/CEO of the company, Adeyemi Adepoju made this pledge at the 4th edition of the D’Creative Contest (D'Gathering) which was held on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at the Lagos Theatre, Igando.
Speaking after he was presented with a special recognition award at the event tagged 'Beyond the Norm', Adepoju thanked the organisers of the event for recognising his efforts to promote youths in the creative industry.
Motivated by the commitment and devotion shown by the Convener of the programme, Oluwaseun Adeojo (Desoji Arts), the Chief Executive Officer pledged to gift him with two plots of land at one of their estates in Ibeju-Lekki. The plots of land are valued at 8 million naira, and the reward also covers all charges attached to land documentation and all other levies.
Similarly, Vanessa Livinus, a contestant in this year's creative competition was awarded #50,000 for emerging the winner. In addition to that, Mr Adepoju also her with 250 square meters of land valued at 2 million naira at another estate owned by the real estate company.
The announcement caused a stir in the hall, as the crowd made up of supporters and friends of the recipients applauded the kind gesture of the real estate guru.
On their part, the recipients of the award thanked Ilu Oba for his kind gesture, while also promising to do more in their respective fields.
As part of their 3rd year anniversary coming up on September 29, 2022, Ilu Oba would be unveiling her brand ambassadors and new estate locations for prospective clients. The event is scheduled to take place at their head office at 1. Abiola Adeyemi street, Jidsma filling station plaza, Igando-Ikotun road, with the welcome party slated for 10 am, and the main event for 12 pm.
