The visitation to the LCDAs, according to the commissioner, was to sensitize member staff of the council and fraternizing himself with who’s who in all the 20 local governments and 37 Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in the states.
The Members of the Local Government Service Commission on ground were Mr. Kamal Baiyewu(Chairman), Engr. Biodun Orekoya(Commissioner I), Hon. Akeem Bamgbola (Commissioner II), Mr. Ahmed Seriki(Commissioner III) and Hon. Taofeek Adaranijo (Commissioner IV)
Others present during the visit included Igando Ikotun LCDA Head of Administration; Council Treasurer, Admin & Human Resources Officer, amongst others.
Mr Kamal Baiyewu in his remarks noted the important of providing adequate welfare to workers. He further asked the council to ensure that the welfare of workers is put in place.
Baiyewu also commended the Council Chairman for the brand New Bus she donated to NULGE and the renovation of the NULE offices.
