As the Local Government Elections across Lagos State's 57 local government areas is about to be held, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairmanship candidate for Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Lasisi Ayinde Akinsanya has perceived the need to emphasize to the public that he is the accredited APC flagbearer for Igando-Ikotun LCDA.
Recall that before now, there was almost a tug of war between Akinsanya and Comrade Ahmed Oseni over the outcome of the APC Primary election in Igando-Ikotun, of which Oseni declared that he won the election. Supporters of Akinsanya had had to protest before he (Akinsanya) was later officially announced as the winner out of the two contestants.
"Let me further assure you all that the Commissioner of Police of Lagos State is a thorough and de-tribalised personnel with overwhelming apparatus to prevent any breakdown of Law and Order in the State especially during this trying period of our Nation.
"I, Comrade Lasisi Ayinde Akinsanya, still remain the only accredited APC Flag bearer for Igando-Ikotun LCDA in the forthcoming Local Government Election come 24th day of July 2021. God bless you all and long live, Igando-Ikotun LCDA", Akinsanya emphasized ahead of tomorrow's LG elections.
