APC Primaries: Party supporters clash in Igando

A source told our correspondent that the fight happened between supporters of Hon. Akinsanya Lasis Ayinde and supporters of Hon. Olajide Ahmed Oseni who are aspirants of the All Progressives Congress.

Our source said: "We were having a peaceful rally to show our solidarity and support for Akinsanya when Oseni and his boys came in from nowhere to disrupt our meeting.

Immediately he entered we knew he came for trouble" source said. 

Another eyewitness confirmed to our correspondent that Oseni was allegedly with thugs who moved around the rally with guns, but were apprehended by Igando Police Command who emerged to arrest the situation.

The eye witness said that some of the supporters sustained injuries from the clash while other scrammed for safety.
