THE Executive Chairman of the Alimosho Local Government Area, Hon. Adewale Jelili Sulaimon has congratulated all Muslim faithful in the LGA for witnessing yet another Ramadan, the holy month of fasting which kicked off today, Thursday, March 23, 2023.
While rejoicing the start of the Holy month, the Council Boss stressed the need for all Muslims to tap from the blessings embedded in the month through continuous worship and impacting positively on their immediate society.
In his words, "Ramadan is a great month that comes with a lot of blessings for those who are willing and ready to work and earn these rewards. As a Muslim, you can't just sit down and watch the month counting.
"Rather, you treat it with lots of spiritually uplifting activities and lots of acts of kindness to the people around you.”
He then prayed that Allah accepts all prayers and grants all heart desires.
