THE Executive Chairman of the Alimosho Local Government Area, Hon. Jelili Sulaimon has met the Lagos State Traditional Medicine Board (LSTMB) on his proposed alternative medicine plan for Alimosho, to improve the quality of healthcare delivery in the LGA.
The meeting, which had in attendance the Registrar and some other members of the Board was used to discuss the operational requirements and areas of support and collaboration.
The Registrar commended the Local Government team led by the Executive Chairman for their interest in natural healthcare solutions at a time when everyone is more inclined to scientific medicine.
He promised to give the Local Government all needed support, including an operation licence to see activities begin in the area. He affirmed that Alimosho is the first Local Government to show interest in their activities and as a result, the Board will do everything in its capacity to see them sail successfully.
The council Boss was joined at the meeting by the Supervisor for Health, Hon. Abolade AbdurRasheed Ademola and the Supervisor for Agriculture, Youth and Social Development, Hon. Sosanya Adegoke, as well as a health officer, Mrs Sekeenah Salvador.
