BRT Passengers

HUNDREDS of commuters were, in the early hours of today Tuesday, November 22, 2022, left stranded at various BRT pickup points along the Egbeda-Igando route.

Alimoshotoday's correspondent reports seeing stranded passengers at Igando, Orelope, and Egbeda bus stops, where the crowd of people kept rising in their numbers, as more people got off buses to join the already-standing passengers.

When our correspondent inquired about the reason for the delay, it was gathered that it may be connected to the fuel scarcity and resulting traffic on the road generated by motorists queuing at various filling stations in town to buy fuel.

Due to the delay, some commuters were seen boarding buses going to Ikeja as they were heading to the island and couldn't wait any longer for the buses.
