MEMBERS of the All Progressives Congress (APC) of the Alimosho LGA held their meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at Abati Primary School, Alimosho.
In a statement made available for broadcast by the Media Aide to the Chairman, Comrade Opeyemi, the Executive Chairman of Alimosho LGA, Hon. Jelili Adewale Sulaimon appreciated the party members for coming out in massively despite the short notice.
He also appreciated the party leaders especially the APC chairman in Alimosho, Hon. Tosin Fatoki, for his commitment to the progress of the party.
“On behalf of the Government of Alimosho, I appreciate you all for your participation in today's meeting despite the short notice. It is a sign that you, our party members are gallant and ever ready to take the party to its rightful destination.
"To our leaders, especially the party Chairman, Hon. Tosin Fatoki, your commitment and efforts in ensuring the progress and development of the party is clearly effective. You have indeed shown that you are more than capable. May God bless you, sir," the council boss said.
Hon. Jelili also congratulated the appointed Secretary to the Local Government (SLG) and the Supervisors for successfully making it to the position despite the huge population of interested persons. He urged them to be dutiful to the party and never undermine the efforts of the leaders and members in getting to the said positions.
Present at the meeting were APC leaders and members across the entire wards in the local government.
