The Executive Chairman of Alimosho Local Government, Hon. Jelili Sulaimon has congratulated Oba Hameed Omogoriola Orelope-Laka, Elegbeda of Egbeda land on his confirmation by the Lagos State Government.
Recall that the Executive Chairman of Alimosho Local Government, Honourable Jelili Sulaimon and his team presented the local government's approval letter to Prince Laka as the Oba-elect of Egbeda Kingdom on August 10, 2020, during the Local Government Executive meeting at the Alimosho Local Government Secretariat.
In the statement released by the SA Media to the Chairman, Hon. Jelili Sulaimon said "this is a good development for Egbeda Kingdom and the people of Egbeda Land. May his reign bring glad tidings to us all.
"Kabiesi ooo, Kade o pe lori, ki bata o pe lese."
Oba Hameed Omogoriola Orelope-Laka has been officially crowned the king of Egbeda Land.
