THE Leader of the Legislative Council of Alimosho LGA who is also the Councillor representing ward G, Hon. Ahmed Obadina has empowered 12 members of his Ward with cash gifts and a mobile phone in a bid to relieve the economic burden of his constituents.
According to information reaching AlimoshoToday, Hon. Ahmed stated that this empowerment is a means to giving back to the people for their efforts in moving the party forward. 
He also added that the empowerment initiative is meant to improve the standard of living of the Ward members. He, thereafter, advised the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the cash gift.
The leaders of the ward and the beneficiaries, on their part, appreciated the House Leader for prioritising the welfare of the ward members.
