Days after AlimoshoToday reported a call by the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) for residents to respect the surroundings of Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos, and show some care about community health by disposing their refuse appropriately, the agency has released toll-free numbers for complaints.
The Managing Director/CEO of LAWMA, Mr. Ibrahim Odumboni on Tuesday implored residents to "call the agency's toll free numbers for waste management complaints and inquires."
Mr Odunboni said this while debunking the claims contained in a viral video on social media alleging that some faceless street sweepers are being owed three months salary arrears by the Agency.
The Managing Director implored residents to call the Agency’s toll-free numbers 07080601020 and 617 for waste management complaints and inquiries.
