In a like manner, Hon. Adesina Egbetokun, an APC Chieftain in Alimosho Federal Constituency, was not left out as he hosted some of the party stalwarts, community leaders, and neighbours to a dinner in his county home in Idimu, Egbe-Idimu LCDA of Alimosho LGA on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

Egbetokun said the victory of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and that of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu was a win for all Nigerians, noting that having Tinubu at the helms of the nation's affairs and Sanwo-Olu at the Centre of Excellence (Lagos), is a blessing to all and sundry.

He also added that losing Lagos to those who don't believe in the unity of the country, and those claiming that Lagos is a no man's land would have brought a total setback to Lagos state.

In a press release by his media team, the APC leader was quoted saying, "Lagos is a major African financial centre and is the economic hub of Lagos State and Nigeria at large.

"The city has been described as the cultural, financial, and entertainment capital of Africa and is a significant influence on commerce, entertainment, technology, education, politics, tourism, art, and fashion; hence it cannot be left in hands of mediocre and inexperience politicians."

The resilient politician cum business mogul said Lagosians and Nigerians, in general, should be expecting great development in the country within two years of the incoming government starting from May 29, 2023.
