Kaokab mourns Onidimu of Idimu

Kaokab expressed his condolences to the family of the late Monarch while praying for eternal rest for the King.

AN All Progressives Congress (APC) party stalwart in the Alimosho Federal Constituency and a former aspirant for the Alimosho Federal Constituency seat, Hon. Kaokab Ibraheem Aroworatira, has mourned the passing of His Royal Majesty, Oba Azeez Adewale Olayeni Dada Aluko (Olugoke II, Onidimu of Idimu Kingdom).

In a statement made available for publication, Kaokab expressed his condolences to the family of the late Monarch while praying for eternal rest for the King.

The condolence message read: “With the heaviest heart, I would like to express my deepest condolences to the family on the passing of His Royal Majesty, Oba Azeez Adewale Dada Aluko, the Onidimu of Idimu.

“You were a champion of interfaith dialogue and the protector of everyone irrespective of sociocultural affiliation. You have left a lasting legacy for us all in the Idimu Kingdom.

“My thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time of grief, and my thoughts are with the Royal Family as they navigate these difficult seasons. Together with the Royal family, we are all mourning the loss of a great man.

“May your Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.”

He then prayed to God to grant the family and the kingdom the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
