A former aspirant for the Alimosho Federal House of Representatives seat in the forthcoming 2023 general elections, Hon. Adesina Egbetokun has been honoured with a meritorious award by the Egbe-Idimu LCDA chapter of the Lagos State Tailors and Fashion Designers Association of Nigeria (LASTFADAN).
Information reaching Alimoshotoday states that the Alimosho APC Chieftain was presented with the award during the inauguration of new executive members of LASTFADAN new Executive members and the awards ceremony held at the Oaks Garden and Event Centre, Jemi-Alade Street in the Egbe-Idimu LCDA on Thursday, November 24, 2022.
The award, according to LASTFADAN, was given to Egbetokun due to his consistent financial and moral support toward the association at all times.
While receiving the award, Egbetokun, who also doubles as the LASTFADAN Patron supported the association with a cash donation, while urging them to cast their votes for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and other APC candidates in Alimosho Federal Constituency, Lagos State, and Nigeria at large during the year 2023 general elections.
“Our workaholic Governor, His Excellency, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu deserves re-election and Alimosho Federal Constituency, at this period, needs reliable, brilliant, and vibrant representatives both at the State and Federal levels.
“For this reason, I enjoin you all to vote for Governor Sanwo-Olu’s re-election, vote en masse for our Federal House of Representatives candidate, Barrister Ganiyu Adele Ayuba, a legal practitioner par excellence, vote for Hon. Lukman Orelope, Alimosho Constituency 01, and re-elect Hon. Kehinde Joseph, Alimosho Constituency 02,” Egbetokun said.
Egbetokun, who contested the Alimosho Federal Constituency, House of Representatives and stepped down for the party flag bearer, Barrister Ganiyu Adele Ayuba due to party supremacy, was represented by his Campaign Director-General (DG) Hon. Tope Ogungbemi and the Head of his Media Team, Comrade Femi Ikugbayigbe at the inauguration and awards ceremony.
