THE Executive Chairman of Egbe-Idimu LCDA, Hon. Kunle Sanyaolu Olowoopejo (KSO) on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, received ACP Bayo Sulaiman, the new Commander of the Area M Police Divisional Station in his office at the council secretariat.
Information reaching Alimoshotoday through the Media Aide to the Chairman, Comrade Olakunle Oyejobi, affirmed that the Commander, who claimed to have deemed it fit to pay the courtesy visit to the office of the chairman, stated that it is necessary to give the number one citizen of the Egbe-Idimu LCDA his deserved honour while disclosing that he is not oblivious of the security of the area and would leave no stone unturned in preserving the security of the council area.
Hon. Olowoopejo, on his part, reiterated that the relative peace and tranquillity of his people are an utmost priority to him and his administration.
He, therefore, sought the cooperation of the Commander, imploring him to work in harmony with stakeholders of the area in sustaining peace and security in the area, most especially during this crucial period of electioneering campaigns.
Also present at the meeting were the Vice-Chairman, Hon. Adebiyi Mutiu, the Leader of the House, Hon. Abdul Lateef Rufai, and the Revenue Committee Chairman, Otunba Adebiyi Olaibi.
