Smoothies are nutritious and because they are made from fruits, they have lots of health benefits. Smoothies are good for adults and kids. In fact, it’s a crowd-pleaser. Today, we have come up with easy DIY steps to make a strawberry-banana-orange smoothie. Try it out this weekend and your guests will beg you for a recipe.

What you need

A cup of fresh strawberries

Bananas (frozen and sliced into chunks)

1 teaspoon of honey to taste

1/2 cup orange juice, preferably fresh

Preparation

Place the strawberries, banana, honey, and orange juice into a blender.

Blend until it is the desired texture.

Pour the mix in a jug and put it in a refrigerator.

Pour into glasses after 15 minutes and serve.

 

Extra Tip: There are varieties of smoothies that can be made and with different types of fruits too.
