IN a bid to simplify the payment of the Lagos Land Use Charge by its citizens, the Lagos State Government, under the administration of Mr Sanwo-Olu has designed an online platform referred to as the ‘Lagos Online Assistant (LOLA)’ on 08154333883. This platform is to allow residents to make payment for their Land Use Charge conveniently without any physical interaction with a government official.
According to the Commissioner for Finance, Dr Rabiu Olowo, apart from making payments on LOLA, the platform also allows users to make inquiries and also provide instant answers to persons seeking clarifications on issues relating to Land Use Charge.
He further stated that interested persons could still make use of the various Lagos Land Use Charge walk-in centres located in Victoria Island, Badagry, Ibeju Lekki, Alausa, Iju, Mushin, Apapa, Epe, Ikorodu, Ojo, and Surulere for issues relating to their Land Use Charge.
While saying that other payment options for LUC, such as mobile banking/internet banking, POS, USSD Short Code, and Remita, among others, are still accessible for interested persons, Olowo also mentioned that LOLA can be accessed by visiting www.lola.ng or luc.lagosstate.gov.ng.
