EXECUTIVE Chairman of Egbe-Idimu LCDA, Hon. Kunle Sanyaolu Olowoopejo, has commissioned the newly reconstructed Idowu Egba-Abule Onilu link bridge, Isheri Olofin, today, Thursday, January 20, 2022.
An online correspondence signed by the Media Aide to the Executive Chairman, Comrade Olakunle Oyejobi, reiterates that the link bridge will serve as an alternate route for the residents of Idowu Egba and Abule Onilu, Isheri Olofin in order to ease the flow of traffic in these areas.
During the commissioning, the chairman promised that his administration will continue to ensure that the residents of Egbe-Idimu LCDA continue to enjoy the dividends of democracy.
"We will keep giving that best we are known for and we will not rest on our oars. Take ownership of this bridge as more is still on the way as long as you keep protecting this commonwealth that belongs to all of us," KSO said, while giving his address.
Other dignitaries that graced the event include the legislators, management team, community leaders, party chieftains, traditional rulers, and prominent groups in Egbe-Idimu LCDA.
Similarly, the Executive Chairman has also commenced the asphalt laying of Adeshina Street in Idimu on Friday, January 21, 2022, and he is hopeful that the completed project will be delivered to the constituents soon.
