HON Kehinde Joseph, House of Assembly Member representing Alimosho Constituency has put forth the creation of community and state police as the solution for tackling the alarming insecurity in Nigeria.
He presented this solution to the Lagos House of Assembly members yesterday when he had the floor.
Standing against President Buhari's suggestion while he was Lagos recently that communities and their heads should wage 'war' against the and not leave the fight for the government alone to bear.
