Okun Alimosho kickstarts festival with 'Alimosho Got Talent'

The much advertised Alimosho Festival kicked off today with the Instagram entry calls for "Alimosho Got Talents."

The festival, which is organised by Okun Alimosho, is to span from today till Sunday, 20th of December 2020.

The festival according to the convener, Babatunde Oluwaseyi Adeola, "is a time for people to exhibit their talents, demonstrate their culture and to engage in a healthy competition that will yield a rich economic growth in Alimosho.

"We are using the Alimosho Festival to exhibit all we have been doing over the years. Okun Alimosho is into affecting businesses in Alimosho from rebranding and customer relations to maintenance policies. Also, we run a business executive club. We are using the Alimosho festival to exhibit different things in Alimosho like talent, music, dance and a whole lot. All these is to engage the community positively so that our strengths are positively engaged and people are well relaxed in such an atmosphere. This is what Alimosho Festival is about and that is what we are celebrating," he explained.

The Alimosho Got Talents is a talent-hunt for residents of Alimosho in the six LCDAs.

According to Adeola, to apply, participants are expected to: "Display your talent [3mins max.].

"Give us your full name, location and LCDA.

"Look for a suitable category for your talent and add the corresponding hashtag, #LoveInAlimosho.

"Post it on Instagram and tag @AlimoshoNigeria."

Entry for Alimosho Got Talents closes at 11:00pm  on Saturday, December 5, 2020
