INTERNATIONAL YOUTHH DAY: Egbetokun urges youth to kick against all vices

A former aspirant for the Alimosho Federal House of Representatives seat in the forthcoming 2023 general elections, Hon. Adesina Egbetokun has called on youth across the globe to embrace peace and do away with all indiscriminate behaviours that can tarnish their future.

The youth advocate and All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain stated this in a press statement released through his media office in Alimosho,  Lagos, today, Friday, August 12, 2022, in commemoration of the year 2022 International Youth Day.

In the statement, Egbetokun affirmed that any youth who wants a better future for himself or herself will never indulge in criminal activities that can damage their future and that of their unborn generations.

Speaking on the forthcoming general elections in Nigeria, he enjoined Nigerian youth to vote for the best candidates without religion, ethnicity, age, or certificate bias.

Egbetokun also encouraged Nigerian youth to remain focused, dedicated, and committed to the developmental and peaceful co-existence of the country amidst lingering security and economic challenges.

He then urged all young Nigerians to reflect on the past, think about today, and focus on the future as they celebrate International Youth Day in their various states.
