GRANO INSTITUTE OF CATERING AND HOSPITALITY: Redefining hospitality in Alimosho!

GRANO Institute of Catering and Hospitality Management has, within its 23 years of existence, redefined hospitality management in Nigeria.

Established in 2000 with offices across Ogun and Lagos State, including one in Alimosho, the Institute focuses on raising a pool of qualified professionals in Catering and Hotel Management who are reference points in global benchmarking.

With a vision of providing quality professionals in Catering and Hotel Management, Grano Institute, today, boasts of products that are remarkably marketable in reasonable hospitality industries all over the country. Its winning mantra is that it has got highly skilled professionals who consistently bring the needed knowledge to all its students.

While also offering career guidance and counselling to help position the students for self-employment upon graduation, its Industrial Training (IT) programme allows the beneficiaries to learn among professionals. 

The Institute, which boasts of NABTEB and ITF- approved programmes, offer courses such as; a Professional Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management ranging from the Full Time of six months to the Part-Time of one year and weekend of two years. 

For the Diploma in Hotel Management, the Full Time course runs for four weeks, while the Part Time covers six weeks. 

Other related courses include Certificate in Chinese Dishes, Basic Snacks Production, Practical Cookery, Cake Making, Mixology, as well as Recreation and Events Management.

Other relevant courses include Cake making, Designing and Decoration, Sugar Craft (Sugar flowers, foliage, and leaves), Modeling (Fruits, Wild Animals, Humans, Figures), Basic Snacks Production, Intensive Practical Cookery (Dishes), in addition to the preparation of Continental and Intercontinental dishes.

To further reach out to many who would be interested, the Institute has announced the sale of admission forms at all its five campuses, ahead of a new session which would begin on Monday, April 3, 2023.
