THE premium egg mega distribution network in Lagos, Egg Network has extended its reach to the Alimosho LGA, with a call on interested residents to key into the fast-rising and profitable venture.
Founded by Chioma Ifeanyi-Eze, a tech-savvy accountant, business coach, and entrepreneur, Egg Network, also known as the 'Uber for Eggs' was launched on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, and has, within the past seven days, sold out over 3,200 crates of egg across various parts of Lagos.
The business, which is unsurprisingly moving rapidly and gaining wider subscriptions and patronage, has created more clusters following massive acceptance. On Wednesday, March 22, customers from Ago/Okota axis ordered a full van load of 600 crates of egg, at the rate of N1850 per crate, while they sold at N2200 per crate, making a total gain of #210,000.
A cluster is a group where people come together and order their eggs together and get them delivered. The company has now created four more clusters, with Alimosho LGA benefitting.
The Cluster takes orders from wholesalers who are those that are able to buy eggs worth N100,000 either to use or to resell. The interesting thing about this is that the buyer gets 54 crates and an additional crate.
