Famuyiwa attends CAN Agbado-Oke-Odo Twenty Million Naira project launching

Applauds religious leaders for their support for development

HON Famuyiwa, Chairman, Agbado-Oke-odo LCDA, yesterday, attended the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Agbado/Oke-Odo Twenty Million Naira Permanent Secretariat Building Project Launching Ceremony at The African Church Bethel Parish in Meiran Area of the LCDA.

The Council boss was also the Chief Host at the event.

In his remarks, Famuyiwa applauded the CAN Chairman, Bishop T. O. S and his Muslim counterpart, Chief Imam Ajani Raji for their unrelenting support for the development of Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA. He admonished everyone to be a part of the building project as "it is a blessed thing to build a house for the Lord than for oneself", he affirmed. 

He thereafter donated to the project and also assured CAN Agbado/Oke-Odo of the Council's support to the realization of the project.

With him at the event were the Chief of Staff, Hon. Aderemi Adeyemo, Deputy Chief of Staff, Hon. Oluyinka Folarin, immediate past Vice Chairman of Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA, Chief Akinwumi James Odeyemi, former SLG, Hon. Taiwo Afeez Olasunkanmi, immediate past Supervisors for Environment and Works and Infrastructure, Hon. Gbemileke Adeyeni and Hon. Habeeb Oderinde, the LGA Caretaker Secretary, Hon. Shittu Alimi and other party leaders and members.
