The council boss gave this admonition while addressing pressmen on Sunday.

The Council Boss while extending his greetings to all Christians in the LCDA, Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole said: "It is another time for Christians to celebrate Easter - a Festival that commemorates the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ". He reiterated that "Easter signals a Season of Renewal, Peace and Hope and should be a time to show kindness, love and compassion just as these qualities stood our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ out."

He also enjoined all to use this season to reflect on the progress made so far in curbing the effect of COVID-19 as an LCDA, a state and even a country and should therefore strive to ensure that the gains made are not defeated. This, he said, can only be possible, if we all adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines.

He concluded by encouraging his constituents to cooperate with his administration as he takes the council Area to an enviable position.
