THE Executive Chairman of Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA, Hon. David Oladapo Famuyiwa, on Thursday commissioned the first phase of the new council secretariat complex project.
Alimoshotoday.com was on board when the new office complex commenced in January this year.
Famuyiwa was accomplished by Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Mrs. Uzamat Akinbile Yusuf; Royal father of the day; Onimeran of Meran, Oba Samuel Adisa Oroja.
Council of Obas In his remarks, the Executive Chairman promised to embark on programmes that will develop the structure and economic base of the local council area.
Hon. Famuyiwa further vowed to make the staff of the LCDA carry out their daily operations in a comfortable and conducive environment.
"It bothers me a lot when I see lots of hardworking staff cramming themselves in an office space that is meant for two personnel", the council boss said; adding that the suitable working environment would improve the performance of the workers.
The Honourable Commissioner for Tourism, Mrs. Uzamat Akinbike Yusuf, urged the staff to be more proactive in improving the internally generated revenue (IGR) of the government by working harder for the success of the administration.
