THE Executive Chairman of the Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA, Hon. David Famuyiwa, has mourned the death of the APC Apex Leader in the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Hon. Jimoh Ajao, who died in the early hours of Saturday, October 21, 2023.
In his commiseration message on Saturday, October 21, 2023, Famuyiwa said: “It is with a heavy heart that I receive the news of the death of a great man and philanthropist par excellence - Hon. Jimoh Ajao.
“On behalf of my family, the government and the good people of Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA, I commiserate with the family of Hon. Jimoh Ajao and the Alimosho Federal Constituency Progressive Family on the demise of a member of the Alimosho Apex Leadership - G-18, Hon. Jimoh, which sad event occurred on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
“Hon. Jimoh Ajao's death came to me as a shoc,k and I have not been able to come to terms with the fact he will no longer be in our midst again. Hon Jimoh Ajao was a devout Muslim, a grassroots mobiliser of repute, the Pioneer Council Chairman of Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Apex leader, Igando-Ikotun LCDA and a two-term Special Adviser on Housing to the Lagos State Government. Indeed, his person, personality and wealth of knowledge will be sorely missed.
“My thoughts and prayers are with his family and the entire Alimosho Federal Constituency on the sad, painful, and irreparable loss of this brilliant, amazing, selfless, and patriotic being.
“May Almighty Allah Subhanallah Watahallah be with his family, accept his return, forgive his shortcomings, and grant him Aljanah Firdaus.
