THE Member of the House of Representatives representing the Alimosho Federal Constituency, Hon. Ganiyu Adele Ayuba (Mayor K.K.) had the privilege of attending a two-day retreat on economic transformation and development led by Rt Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, PhD, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The retreat held in Abuja recently, titled "Navigating Change: Legislative Strategies for Economic Transformation," covered panels and interactive workshops that provided participants with practical strategies and tools for effective legislative and oversight activities.
The retreat, which was organised by the House of Representatives leadership, aimed at strengthening legislative and oversight capacities while also driving collaborative efforts toward economic growth and tax reform.
During the retreat, Ayuba engaged key stakeholders from various Government agencies and parastatals to discuss and strategise on a meaningful path to a progressive nation for the betterment of all Nigerians.
